Alhamdulillah, ASUM has been running the Hifz Academy within Lilongwe town for the last one year and below is the report of the students progress as of April 2014. We currently have 13 students and we shall be adding 17 more soon Inshaallah in Lilongwe as we have another teacher (15 students – 1 teacher).
- We are starting the Hifz classes at our College in the next week Inshaallah with 15 students
- We are starting the Hifz Classes in Mzuzu on the 4th of May 2014 Inshaallah with 15 students.
HOW CAN YOU HELP???
- You can sponsor a student to become a Hafiz at MWK 40,000 per month (30 needed) includes boarding, lodging etc.
- You can sponsor a bunk bed for MWK65,000 on which 2 children can sleep (16 needed)
- You can sponsor a Mattress for MWK 12,000 (32 needed)
Please support us to allow the students to become good Huffaaz for the future Inshaallah. Remember that there are very few Masjids out of the 3000+- which have Hafiz to perform Taraweeh in the month of Ramadan!
